Items are shipped to the address you provide. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your shipping label has been printed. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

PLEASE understand that once your package is marked “Acceptance” by USPS, I no longer have any control over it. Please don't blame me for any poor service the USPS may provide.

If your address is unverified, we reserve the right to cancel the order if response to update address is not received.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refund requests MUST be made within 3 days of packages being marked as “Delivered” by USPS and returned to me within 7 days. Any requests made after 3 days may be denied. Refunds or exchanges will not happen until item(s) has been received and inspected by me.

If an item is approved for return the return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to cover time and supplies used to pack and ship the order. Refund amounts will be for item only, not any shipping amounts.

Conditions of EXCHANGES

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered please notify me in the 3 days time frame and I will give you instructions for your return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
